Distinguished Achievement Awards
The American Epilepsy Society is pleased to announce this year’s call for nominations for the Distinguished Achievement Awards. Included in this call are three annual awards given by the American Epilepsy Society and two bi-annual awards given by the International League Against Epilepsy and the International Bureau of Epilepsy.

Epilepsy Research Recognition Awards Program
The American Epilepsy Society is pleased to announce the Epilepsy Research Awards Program. This is a public recognition program designed to encourage and reward clinical and basic science investigators whose research contributes importantly to understanding and conquering epilepsy.

Research Initiative Awards
The American Epilepsy Society announces the establishment of a new program for its membership that will provide seed support to encourage innovative collaborative research in all disciplines (clinical, social, basic science, etc.) associated with the epilepsy field.

Research Infrastructure Awards
The American Epilepsy Society announces the establishment of a new program for its membership that will provide an opportunity to obtain support for nationwide or international networks of clinical or basic science researchers focused on understanding the causes, consequences and treatment of epilepsy.

Research & Training Workshops
The American Epilepsy Society, through the Research and Training Committee, provides funding for targeted workshops intended for clinical or scientific audiences and on specific collaborative topics in neuroscience.
