Organize sessions geared to the basic science and clinical investigator. The purpose of these workshops is to provide an interactive forum that reviews recent basic science developments that are relevant to human epilepsy, and stimulate new areas of inquiry.

Specific Responsibilities:
To plan the Investigator’s Workshops that are held at the Annual Meeting. Review participant evaluations to identify needs of membership, potential speakers and topics. Recruit speakers and collect slide presentations. Choose IW Poster presenters with Scientific Program Committee. Work with staff on all aspects of workshops.
Goal/Strategy
- Develop meetings and programs to facilitate information exchange between researchers.
- Identify hot areas of research; highlight one benchmark a year.
